Return & Exchange Policy

Not happy with the product? We've got your back!

- In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn't fit you properly, you can simply return the product to us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product or refund the amount.
- All products bought under promotions/sale will not be eligible for exchange or refund. However if you receive a damaged/defected product, we will exchange it.

- Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original packaging and invoice to: F-10, Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1, Delhi - 110020
- The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days.
- In case you receive a defected/damaged product, we will refund the return shipping charges as well.

Terms of Return and Refunds

Return Time

- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days after the date of delivery.

- If you receive a damaged/defective item, you must inform us within 24 hours of product delivery via email/whatsappExemptions

- Face masks can not be returned or exchanged- All products bought under promotions/sale will not be eligible for exchange or refund. However if you receive a damaged/defected product, we will exchange it.

- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned

- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned item(s) that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Mismatched Products

- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you without checking first. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out, we will not be held responsible for the return of products not sold by usReturn shipping charges

- In case you receive a damaged/defected product or the product does not match our description, we will refund the return shipping charges as well.

- Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower.

- Any other returns will be made at your own cost.

Refunds

- Refund Method- In case of debit card/credit card/netbanking/wallet, the refund will be initiated to your original payment account

- In case of COD, the refund amount will be added as store credit to your accountRefund Process Time

- Refund will be initiated within 2 working days from our side upon receipt of your package.

- if you choose Store Credit, the money will be added to your account within 24 hours of initiation

- If you choose Original Payment Account , specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 2-10 working days after initiation).

Please Note:

Switch Originals reserves the right not to process returns in the following situations:

1. If the return Exceeds the return time limit

2. If Non-Switch Items are returned

3. If the return items belong in the NON-Returnable category

4. If the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort.

5. If the Product has been washed.

6. If the price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.

7. If the gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect**Refunds will be initiated for items price only, other fees like shipping, COD service charges if any are non-refundable.
